Return Policy – Kb Lovely Things

We hope you absolutely love your pieces from Kb Lovely Things! However, we understand that returns may be necessary sometimes.

Returns for Store Credit Only:
Online orders are eligible for store credit only if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this window.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items:
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Requirements:
To be eligible for return, items must be in new, unworn condition with tags

attached. We cannot accept items with:

Makeup or deodorant stains
Perfume or smoke scent
Pet hair or any visible signs of wear
