Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after your order is placed. During high-volume sales or holidays, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship via USPS, UPS, or other trusted carriers. Shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Free shipping is occasionally offered during promotions—be sure to follow us on social media or subscribe to our emails for updates!
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is shipped, KB Lovely Things is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
Local Pickup (if available)
We’ll send you a notification when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID.
